  They stole part of my quesadilla then dropped it in the wrong kind of bag all folded onto itself so I wouldn’t notice. Management: The order was right before 10:10 PM, April 25th 2026, order # 330. I was driving a larger white pickup truck.

  Came there at 3:33 this evening ask for two Gorditas Crunch Chicken with Dorito shells open the bag at work it’s beef call the store they said if I can’t bring them back I can’t exchange my food. My order should have been right the first time. You leave the air force base on your shift and see what happened to you to exchange food on your shift 😡🤬 Clearly it’s beef but the worker said the manager changed those out twice. Food was 17 Dollars why because shells are extra and chicken

  I walked in never once a simple hello or being recognized. I placed my order on the kiosk in the lobby waited 20 minutes and decided to say something. Which the customer service was so poor . I work with the public myself and couldnt believe this is how a fast food company could treat a customer and to be honest i would not hire people that dont want your company to grow. Thanks for a waste of time. Hope the service gets better. sad you have delicous food but have to deal with bad service.
