Each time despite being at off-peak times in the day, I've had to wait more than 10 minutes for a simple bean burrito. You go through the drive-thru that only has one or two people in it and then you're told to pull around where you have to wait. There is no reason that Taco Bell should ever take 10 minutes for a bean burrito. The food isn't that special. Clearly ownership understaffed this location like crazy to save a buck. This ownership needs to be fired and Taco Bell needs to reclaim this franchise
