- DSDebbie Swigert2 days ago1.0I used to love Smashburger when I lived in San Diego, CA. The Miller Lane Dayton , OH store is so disappointing. I was thrilled when they brought the black bean burger back. I ordered one about a week ago. They didn't put avocado on it but charged me $1.50 extra for it. I called them about it because I got it to go. I was working that day. They told me to bring the receipt back within a month for a replacement. The counter person gave me so much attitude about it that I don't desire to return to this establishment. I handed her the receipt. I got a black bean burger with avocado and swiss cheese but no mayo, lettuce or tomato as I originally ordered it. She gave me such attitude when I told her what happened and again when she gave me the sandwich. Wow!!!

A little over priced if you ask me but no more than any five guys, whatta burger, etc. I went to pick up my order and I was sure that the bag I was looking at was trash but it was my order actually lol. I didn’t really care but it was just sitting under an order screen where cups and napkins were just kinda laying around. It was cold too.

The staff was great but the food was disappointing. I will visit again when I’m back in town, hopefully the next time, the burgers won’t be burnt.
