- MMMatthew F Reyes (motorbikematt)Aug 22, 20261.0Came in with a coupon and asked the cashier one question: "what we're our options?" The cashier immediately saw the coupon in our hand, rolled her eyes, then denied that the coupon was theirs. Unprompted, she then claimed that the coupon used to be approved when they were franchised, but as of today, they were corporate-owned and "probably had to accept it." Confused we asked, "Are you accepting it or not? Without saying much else, she said she'd go to the back to ask someone (her, is all she said) for permission to accept the coupon. Cashier leaves, comes back, and with an attitude says "she says I guess we're going to accept it, but you're order is gonna take 25 minutes because we just got busy" There was literally nobody there and while yes, we understand DoorDash is a thing, it was clear from her expression that she was taking our order begrudgingly. Am I whining? I don't think so because I would have actually paid for dinner cash because I was hungry and can appreciate the feasibility of the confusion. But the attitude was uncalled for and the lack of service was enough to have us question if the food quality would have been lessened because of their utter disregard for customer service.

Then tried to Seal up the big hoping I wouldn't notice. On 7/18/26 at about 3:38 pm this was unbelievable! Probably won't be returning since this is obviously how they treat their customers
