About

Fast Food RestaurantBurger JointAmerican RestaurantCheckers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc
As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Everytime you come here to order doesn’t matter what you get you start on one side of the drive thru and wait then they make you wait on the other side to get your damn food. Absolutely ridiculous

First AI run drive thru. I waited approximately 10 minutes behind two cars to place my order. Another 5 minutes to get up to the window to get my food. The burger I got was really not very good the bun was weirdly hard. The only real saving Grace was the women who were working inside who were very friendly and outgoing.

My husband and I came here after visiting one of the museums. We are not from Ohio and had never been to a Rally's ever. Didn't even know they existed. We wanted to get something easy. So we pulled in. The parking lot is not difficult but people dont seem to really understand it and we had a few people almost back into us while we were in line (by the ordering speaker). We get to the window and pay. The girl couldn't read what was on the screen, she was nice but definitely didnt seem like she could efficiently do what was needed of her job. After this, she hands us the drinks and tells us to pull to "B-Side", now again, we are not from the area and have literally never heard of this place until we went. So, we pulled into the parking lot and parked. The other drive through side said "mobile orders/pick ups". This to us says its a mobile order pick up. It wasnt explained at all. So that was our fault I guess for not knowing. We sat in the parking space for maybe 5 minutes if that and then figured out that we had to get in the "b-side" lane. We sat in the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes before we got to the window (there was 2 cars in front of us). We figured we probably got it a little messed up cause we didnt know but we got in line as soon as we figured it out so that was our bad. Once we pulled up to the window, the employee legit just stared at me for a good 20 seconds. He looked pretty irritated and said "was you told to come over here?" and I just said "yeah. We were" because thats what she meant by B-side we figured out. Then with the window open, we heard him talking about how we messed it up and "thats the car". I was kinda taken back by the staring. He was genuinely irritated and you could tell he was trying to make me uncomfortable. So anyways, im assuming she was the manager, gave us our food and apologized for the wait. She gave us a free apple pie. Dont know what her name is, but she genuinely seems like the only person who knows what's going on. She was the only reason that experience wasnt just the weirdest and most uncomfortable thing. Thank you to the woman that did that. When we opened the wrappers our sandwiches, they were literally covered in sauce. It was smeared everywhere. Anyways, I wouldnt go there. The staff was not professional other than the manager. Id genuinely just go to Walmart and buy something quick and easy and call it a day.
