As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I'm the girl at the window wasn't paying any attention to anything I was saying due to the fact was super rude and kept closing the window before I could even say anything. Never going back to this location.

I placed an online order on May 4th, but when I arrived to pick it up, the female staff member at the counter was incredibly rude and impatient. After making me wait for over 30 minutes, she told me the food wasn't ready and demanded that I either get back in the line to wait again or cancel my order. This defeats the entire purpose of ordering online. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Save your time and go somewhere else.

No eye contact, no conversation, just “pull around to the other side” we pull to the other side and get told by the manager to get back in line so we just parked. Only friendly worker here is our good buddy Joseph. Other than that nobody is nice.
- JJJonathanApr 24, 20262.0Workers weren't wearing gloves, handling food containers, watched worker drop more than one item and retrieved it from the grease, don't know the condition of the surface she picked it up from, but she was using her finger nails to pinch the fry containers pull out each new one without gloves, the last 2 times we've been there EVERYTHING has been OVERLY greasy & given my wife a gut bomb the last two times we've been. I didn't order a burger this time because i recalled the negative affect it had on my stomach the last time.
