  I gave this Rally's another chance after months of avoiding it, and once again it was a complete disappointment. The automated kiosk couldn’t even answer a basic question about what kind of root beer they have. It said it would get a team member, and nobody ever showed up. I had to go to the window just to order. The woman at the window was rude, snapping at me like I was interrupting her. Then they made me pull forward and wait. When my food finally came out, the employee didn’t say a single word — no greeting, no thank you, nothing. I checked my bag and half my order was missing. When I went back around, the employee argued with me and claimed I didn’t order the missing items. Yes, I did — your machine just doesn’t work. This place is becoming a joke. Someone needs to reach out to me immediately because this level of service is unacceptable.

  Very friendly at this location. Very polite and quick service. Also the food was amazing. I would definitely come to this location again!

  Whoever decides sourbread should be soft and cold like sone bread should be shot. Let me know if you all start toasting the bread. This and the tiny drink and fry i dont even understand why I even go here. Atleast the employees are great and friendly

  I sat in the drive thru line to pick up my app order. I was told i had to go the other window. I called to cancel order and was told they couldn't do it. I said their is no sign stating where to pick up app orders or nothing on the app informed which window to pick up at. He said their was. I looked on the side of the building the fence the order sign. Nothing stated app/mobile orders food delivery orders pick up here or sign with an arrow pointing where to go. I asked the person to come out and show me. He wouldn't do it. I don't have good vision and can't see small signs.

  The last few times I came I’m like why do I keep doing this to myself? 🤦🏻‍♀️ they do not have enough people working and if they do the only usually one person is actually working and the rest r chillin🤦🏻‍♀️ then a few times ago had to go bck 3 times to get my order right and they got n an argue with me and I said can I speak to a manager auger all said I’m a manager and I’m like all 3 if h are managers and was so rude to me…all I wanted was my $ bck at that point then I ordered DoorDash and it was wrong was missing 2 things and was disgustinv so I don’t wanna go bck🤦🏻‍♀️
