  I’ve never seen any employee purposely do everything in their power to refuse to take a paid order. They gave my door dash order to a random person and not who was assigned it and while on the phone with DoorDash support, who was offering to pay again for the same order- the guy who kept blowing me off and saying nasty things and walking all over the store instead of talking to me and support- told me they “don’t do remakes, that’s not how ___ works here.” After telling me it had to be put in the system again, which I was then trying to do and apparently made him madder when I came back in to do so. THEN I was told I needed to “just leave and let them get back to their customers.” What was I? And if they were getting paid to fix THEIR MISTAKE, what was the issue? I left crying and I’ll never ever go back.

  This Papa John needs to teach the new Papa John on Gettysburg customer service. They missed that class.

  Never brought food then hung up on us when trying to sort it out. Veteran waited over 2hrs for food that never came.

  I had an excellent experience at Papa John's thanks to Sully! From the moment I walked in, Sully provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled quickly and accurately. It's not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but Sully definitely did. The pizza was great, and the exceptional service made the experience even better. Thank you, Sully, for making my visit such a positive one.
