  I am not a pizza fan. My coworkers wanted pizza today and we work at the building right next door. I came in at 2:40 and the manager took a phone call. A customer was clearly going through a really hard time and was ordering comfort food. The manager refused to get off the phone until he knew that customer was okay. He told them papa john's cares and that he wanted to make sure they were okay. I don't even like pizza and give this place a 10/10 just for customer service.

  Trashhhhh . Pizza was super thin barely any crust at all and over baked . When did papa John’s dough get so thin ? Wouldn’t order from here again .

  I now remember why I haven't eaten papa's food in over 20 years. Sauce is too sweet and bacon had zero bacon flavor and was mostly chunks of grissle and fat. Pepperoni had zero flavor. Nice try Papa! Maybe I'll try again in another 20 years.

  Sandwich was toasted hard on the outside and soggy in the middle. Pizza was just the opposite. Sandwich cooked too slow, pizza cooked too fast.

  Terrible customer service I just ordered a pizza from there that came up to $35 after delivery fees which was supposed to be a stuffed crust. I called to talk to the manager and the manager didn't even want to get on the phone the first conversation I had with the employee so I said hey they didn't give me a receipt let me reorder it again to see if it's the same price and yes I have the same price but the pieces that they're telling me that I had didn't come up to that price so now flat out all together I'm done with Papa John's I don't care what city what state what world I'm done you get one time with me 0 stars for Huber heights Papa John's 👎👎 manager needs to be fired immediately he didn't work with me at all to try to resolve the situation and no form or fashion he just went straight off on me and then he accused me of going off on him and to think all of that could have been avoided if he just said hey that little $78 difference we could credit towards your next Pizza that's customer service arguing yelling cussing at the customer terrible terrible never again. 😒 Such a shame because the pizza was pretty good too smh
