- GOGrim “Grim” Oss3 days ago1.0Okay so the food is okay but the service is insane. The manager crystal here got a tone with me!!!! and THEN i heard her in the back literally reprimanding her employees! It was so cruel of her to act that way when guests are even around. This action made my meal very uncomfortable... and I will not be coming back to this location when they treat their workers like this. I felt such empathy towards those people. If you are reading this please think twice about how you act when customers are around, and how you treat your workers. Their mood will reflect their ability to work btw. Very unprofessional

Sometimes you'll get super hot fresh food really fast, a lot of the time youll get lukewarm food really slow. Post 10pm crew could use some work, takes a while just to get a regular meal at that time.

I'm writing this from the spot I was directed to park in to receive an order of *3* items. And that was more than 10 minutes ago. Edit: After 15 minutes, I had to walk in. They had no idea I was waiting for food. They're making it now. Absolute clown show.
