People walking in and out placing orders and being served while we waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order we placed before arriving. The manager said he would figure it out and never did so now 30 minutes later we are getting a refund and leaving without the food we’ve been waiting for. Ridiculous. This restaurant needs new management BAD

I sat there for several minuites and she never even looked up at.me so i went to first window to pay . The women at first wondow then yelled at me and then came up to firat window and yelled at me again. I spoke woth a young male manager and he was very very dismissive. WOW what a joke that management allows this type of behavior towards customers. This location used to be great and in the last few years has gone down and is the worst.
