  3 days of wrong orders Just hand the cashier 10 bucks and say surprise me! because they won't get your order right if you actually order! After 2 day I went back just to see if they'd mess up again. Yep! Ordered 1 single small coke and they handed me 2 bags of food!

  Half the employees are on their phone the other half are doing other things have my order was freaking wrong and you're going to be waiting a while for the simplest order

  There is a specific manager that should not be a manager. I don't know her name but anytime I go there and she's not working. I don't have a problem anytime I do. Go there and she's working. I have a problem all I did was check my food when I received it and got honked at by people behind me and yelled at by the manager that I needed to leave the line. But as soon as another manager walked up to me to ask me what was going on, she changed her story, and she changed her tone of voice to pretend as if she wasn't doing anything wrong, I have every right to check my food. It's Not my fault, that technology has made everybody. So impatient and they expect everything in an instant. I pay a lot of money for this food. At least double what I would have paid before the pandemic. I'm going to check it, you have employees slapping burgers together. Forgetting toppings and some more stuff. I will check it every time. She also threatened the cops on me. I will laugh in your face when the cops tell you the same thing. I have every right to check my order before I pull off. I don't understand why she had me pull up anyways. When you pull up, that usually means you have to wait for your order to be made. But in this case, when I was handed my food, everything was room temperature. If not cold so I don't even know what I was waiting for nothing was made hot or fresh.

  if there's a way to give zero stars I would, waited 30 minutes for an egg McMuffin and a coffee, while an employee off duty did nothing but goof around at the front desk falling up napkins and throwing them at the staff and back distracting them at every chance he could with no manager telling him to go away and let the staff do their jobs, by far the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been in overrun with dirt and grime, inefficient employees management that does nothing to improve the situation and just lets it keep happening, by the time my food did get to me it was absolutely cold ended up throwing it out never go to this McDonald's they don't know what the hell they're doing
