    I (along with 7 other people in line) waited almost 20 minutes for the employees to start taking orders through the drive through (and another 10+ minutes because they stopped taking orders after two people). This was on July second at 11pm. I was third in line, and when I pulled up in line originally with everybody else there was only two cars waiting at the second window. After waiting for the first 10 minutes I called the building to inform them that 7 of us had been waiting there for 10 minutes and no one was taking our orders. But the person who answered wasn’t thrilled that I was calling and I wasn’t able to inform them that we’ve been waiting for a while. I asked if they were open/busy and I was told they only had two cars in line currently. After she hung up on me I waited another 10 minutes. By that time the only two cars past the ordering spot were already gone. Then they finally started taking orders, which was around 20 minutes after I got in line. But they only took two orders. I’m not sure if they were behind or anything, but it would have been nice to be told that on the phone when I called, or informed when I finally got up to order. I waited another 10 minutes before finally leaving like many other guests, because waiting 30 minutes to get two drinks is kinda crazy. I’ve worked in food service before, I understand when things get behind, but it would have been nice to inform the customers that instead of making at wait 30+ minutes. Half the line turned their cars off because of how long it was taking.

    Wait in the drive through for 10 minutes, no response, go to the window. And then the employee shuts the window on you when you're trying to tell her that you need to place an order. She says, go to the drive through and place your order. Because there's only 2 of them working, and they're so backed up. They cannot fulfill the orders. Besides the fact there was nobody in line, and we are the only ones in line at the drive through. Terrible customer service. We went to a different location totally different experience.

    Went through the drive thru got a chicken ADD massage ADD cheese and got cheese Mac sauce but no chicken patty. I called after I’ve been gone and just took a bite when I got home and was told if I bring the sandwich and receipt it would get replaced honestly would’ve just liked them to take my name and number and accept a photo of it when I got there. Crazy I run a fast food chain myself and wouldn’t expect someone who’s left my drive thru to come all the way back the same day w receipt and sandwich just for something to get fixed. Smh.

    I received a card for something free card for having to wait on food .I just went through line again and asked how it worked.The lady waiting on me was super nice but she didn’t know either so she called for her assistant manager Chelsea.To say she was rude and very condescending to me is an understatement. Even the lady at the drive-through apologize to me for her actions the more I thought about it I decided I was going to call up there and asked to speak to a manager well of course she answered the phone and said there was no manager there and I proceeded to say that a lady named Chelsea was very rude to me. She said it was her. And she did apologize, but said she was not rude to me and then she hung up on me
