  Every single time I go to this location there’s an issue. I ordered two iced coffees on the app and I waited 18 minutes from the time I pulled up to the drive-through until I finally pulled away from the window without my Drinks because not one person Even came to the window to greet me. When you bring up an issue to them, they act so completely airheaded. It’s insane. The lack of care from the employees at this location just Pathetic anymore something seriously needs done with those lazy, Simple minded people in that restaurant there’s no sense of urgency at all not one person there cares about their freaking job or that store. When are you guys gonna start cracking down? There is no excuse for that, especially with all the other bad reviews They have one here.

  My partner went through the drive thru today on her way home from work. I am a pescetarian and get the same meal every time I go. I was on the phone with her for the first part of the order. She ordered me a filet-o-fish meal no tartar add mayo and a large fry with BBQ sauce. She was interrupted while ordering and asked to please hold. No problem. When the guy came back he asked what to drink and she said Dr. Pepper. Then hung up the phone with me. When she got home she apologized because she took a bit to get back home because she had to go back a couple of times to get something they had forgotten or messed up. Unfortunately, she didn't check my fish. It has a giant glob of tartar on it. No big deal I will scrape it off and eat it. Except when I do I unveil a very very long thick coarse Black hair. My partner has curly brown hair, I have thin stringy brown start hair. This hair belongs to neither of us. Not to mention the fries were undercooked and soggy.

  Horrible experience gave me the wrong drink then got an attitude and had me try to wait 20mins for cookies. Asked for my money back and the correct drink and still tried to make me wait and wouldn't take the wrong drink back. Telling me after its touched they cant take it. So I dropped it on the ground outside only then did they give me my money back. Never going here again all in drive thru and still never gave my drink nor money back from drink

  It took 30min for a hot fudge sundae and a medium coffee. Employees were also fighting each other. Update: still never got anything. Supposedly it was made and then left in the back. Got a refund and heard an employee get “let go.” There was multiple other customers there who also never got their full order (or any order).
