- CBCaramel BabiiMay 11, 20261.0Came in to get a frappe i ordered with espresso, said at the last window they dodnt have it and wouldnt refund me for it. Said to go to the app. Mcdonald's app doesnt handle refunds. They wouldn't even acknowledge me after refusing it. Disrespectful

DO NOT get food from them UNLESS you want items missing or the wrong size fries an to be pissed when you get to where your going. I called them no one ever answered. They lost me as a customer an I stay nearby. Happened on several occasions save your money or go to another restaurant, terrible franchise.
