    Ordered delivery. Missed an entire meal, gave me all medium fries for large meals, and gave me 4 BBQ sauces for nuggets - I didn't even order BBQ. Whoever does your quality checking for bagging at night needs to do better.

    I just spend 15 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast. Ordered 2 Sausage English McMuffin and a hash brown. Pull up to work to find out it doesn't have any meat on the sandwich. Been calling to complain about it and the phone is either off the hook or they pick up and hang up🤬🤬 I don't eat fast food often and this part off the reasons why. They don't do a GOOD JOB and always have a ATTITUDE....

    Placed a online order because I got off work and wanted some food- mcdonalds aint the best choice but its close by and easy. Simple order nothing crazy- you'd assume if they're closed they'd shut off online ordering. They didnt so my order went through and I waited at the window for about 5 minutes before I pulled up to the first window. Waiting 10 minutes before pulling up to the second window and then waited 3 more minutes before I knocked. Yes I blew my horn but I assumed maybe they were talking and didnt see someone was out there. Thats when the a lady with black hair and looks like shes in her 30s, caucasian comes up yelling and screaming that theyre not talking any more orders. I say okay I placed a online order though and it went through. She is interrupting me the entire time and wont let me speak wont even open the window. Extremely hostile and wont even try to have a adult conversation. I even said 'im not even worried about the food I just want to know if im gonna get my money refunded. Can we at least have a adult conversation' she contuine to yell and scream. When I knock on the window asking again about how the refund would work she places a tea maker infront of the window. At that point im thinking 'this lady is throwing a temper tantrum like a child because im asking how a refund words if I placed a order online 👀... okay then' If youre going to close then you should probably keep a headset on and tell people youre closed through said headset. If they het rude then take it off but at least let people know. Or better yet disable online orders so people cant place orders if youre closed. It even says youre open on Google. Extremely uprofessional and disgusting behavior especially from a adult. Id expect it from a teenager but this lady looks like shes in her 30s whos also supposedly a manager.

    No body took orders and supposedly. This is door dash orders but my understanding as a previous door dasher driver this didn't operate like this I was here for a very long time and now one even took the order super bad on shift manager everyone looks high on shift just fyi to regional manager Im so tired of Dayton Ohio and this

    Sadly, this was basically the only place open so I decided to visit for the first time in close to a year after saying I would never return to this location. And… just as I would expect, yet another bad experience here. Purchased a double cheeseburger and six piece nuggets. Well, I get home and there are NONE of the toppings that are supposed to come on it. Just a dried up burger that tastes like it’s been sitting around since this morning. I wouldn’t complain if it was free…. But you know…. I actually spent money on it, and kind of would expect to get what I PAID for. Obviously, i don’t expect the experience of a fancy restaurant from McDonald’s, but i would like for my order to be correct, complete, and not something that should have been just thrown away many hours ago. There’s a reason I don’t go to McDonald’s and This is the absolute worst location that I have visited.
