If it's under or overcooked its terrible. This place cooked the chicken, wedges, biscuits, and mac and chee to perfection!

They had some sitting under the heat lamp, and it was past 10pm, but they actually made it fresh for us. Will be back! (Inside Shell Gas Station, no seating, takeout only) Edit, 6 months later: I tried the new nuggets. Wasn't a fan, I didn't like the ratio. Too much breading and felt dry, but at the same time I wouldn't want any more oil. I won't be getting the nuggets again, but I still recommend the tenders!
