- ASAndrew SuttlesSep 23, 20263.0Only complaint is pricing food is always good. But it's a burger and Fries and their charging almost steak prices.
- MMMarcello Picazio MatcinSep 9, 20265.0Simplesmente um dos melhores hambúrgueres que já comi. Recomendo sempre! Five Guys, best burger ever!
- SMSarah MindaAug 24, 20265.0Love the free peanuts and how we're greeted by all the workers at once. Best burger I've ever had. Reminds me when I was a kid, swimming and playing all day while someone was grilling, and oh those fresh cut fries with just a hint of Cajun seasoning.
- EZElizabeth ZhunioAug 21, 20262.0I had a bad experience this time.. burgers didn't taste good, missing items and I have to remind them 2 times to get my milkshake. I ordered 3 burgers and they put everything together.. pilling the potatoes all over the place.
- CFChris FineAug 14, 20262.0So I ordered through DoorDash and got the wrong food. I called Five Guys and they blamed DoorDash. I pay DoorDash to bring my the food… not make it. This is clearly Five Guys fault but they refused to correct the issue. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Customer service must not be important to the owners of this store.
Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
