    I order the same drink every time I go. They had a new gal working the window this morning. My drink was totally wrong. It was supposed to be a carburetor but it was all protein milk just blended milk. Wasted $9.50 on a terrible drink. Edit…. My email shows a response from the owner but it’s not showing here.

    I didn't expect it to be as busy as it was on a Tuesday afternoon, but it was. No one was outside taking orders but the girl was super fast at taking orders at the window and getting them out. I was only in line for about 5 minutes and was like the 6th car in line. She was not only fast, but super sweet. I didn't get her name but she wore the cutest cat ears headband. I got a golden eagle with with extra caramel and banana cold foam; it was perfect.

    I’m Visiting from Texas and I’ve stopped by this Dutch Bros a few times while I’ve been in Dayton. Every time, the staff has been so friendly and welcoming! They create such a fun, positive atmosphere, and I’m seriously impressed by how quickly they get everyone through while still providing great service. And of course, the coffee has been great every time! ☕️💙 Definitely a location I’ll keep coming back to whenever I’m in town!

    I ordered a sausage slider, a large rebel blended lemonade and a coffee cake. The wait took forever and eventually I got to my car realizing they gave me banana bread instead of a coffee cake. I took it back in waited 10 more minutes and was brought ANOTHER slice of banana bread. I showed them both to a different associate with a green tshirt and burgundy hair- she then told me that I told the other lady I was missing banana bread(which I didn’t) and brought me ANOTHER sausage slider. Her attitude was condescending and she didn’t even hear the conversation I had with the other young lady. The manager or lead ended up rectifying it but I hate that I spent 25 minutes in DUTCH BROS waiting on a crumb cake 😒😒😒 She said she would give me something free on the app but I didn’t have it at the time. I’m willing to give it another try but that put a bad taste in my mouth.

    After a long wait, the second employee finally came outside to help take orders. 3 cars deep and it took at least 20 mins to get an order. Oatmilk iced coffee with cream dementhe, and one kicker with whipped cream. The young man couldn't find the flavors, or at a minimum wasn't really competant with the iPad. My wife settled for a plain coffee and we pulled forward. Now I see why it takes so long. 1 employee on a Friday night making EVERY order. We mentioned to her as we paid over $14 for 2 iced coffees that the kid taking orders couldn't find the Mint flavor button. No problem she said, and we waited for another 5 minutes. My kicker was delivered correctly, and my wife received an Oatmilk latte. No mint. Nice try, but I won't be back. Your staff is obviously overwhelmed and undertrained. Definitely not hat we expected for the price we paid.
