- JJjohnnyworldable4 days ago1.0Waited over 20 minutes past the estimated order time for our online order while the drive thru was moving so fast that we could if went through it and got our order in maybe 5 minutes. Why are the pre orders being ignored and the drive thru get priority? Ordered for 235. Estimated for 245. Pick up at 305

The inside was swamped making drinks she literally stood at one truck showing them photos off her phone for over 10 mins. I go here 3 times a week plus. But this worker is ridiculous.

They are so much faster, the workers are so easy to talk to (which is rare in fast food these days), and the coffee is amazinggggg. I haven’t been buying my coffee anywhere else

The young lady that took our order was very nice and bubbly. We appreciated her smile. But we waited, literally, for better than 20 min for 2 Americanos. It was ridiculous. The coffee was pretty good and the price was actually surprisingly low. But waiting for over 20 min when there was no one in line seems a bit crazy. The drive thru has cars in it, but come on

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
