    The Broista's here rock!! We've never had a bad experience or a bad drink, everyone is always cheerful! We just stopped by on a drop day and despite the chaos Alexa, Laney, and Tatiana were still all smiles and good moods. We drive specifically to this location for the service, and we've never left with anything but smiles and satisfied stomachs!

    I had a great experience today… everyone was nice… however Millie was a bright light with a big smile and happy to greet customers.. Excellent customer service that we don’t see too often anymore!! The coffee was very good as well.. Overall great job Dutch Brothers…

    Very disappointing service There were 11 of us waiting at the pickup window for our mobile orders, and my order had already been supposed to be ready for more than 25 minutes. We were all standing there waiting, yet a woman came in and ordered six drinks at the window. She appeared to be a friend of the barista, and her entire order was prepared and given to her before the 11 customers who had already been waiting for 20+ minutes. I completely understand that a coffee shop can get busy and that there may be delays. What is frustrating is seeing someone who arrived much later receive their order first simply because they seemed to know the employee. If mobile orders are placed ahead of time and customers are already waiting, they should be handled fairly and in a reasonable order. The lack of communication and the apparent favoritism made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this because customers should not have to wait 25+ minutes while friends of employees are served first.

    I arrived at the Vandalia location at 940pm. There were 5 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window it was 1007. I was informed that because it is after 10pm they were not able to make any more drinks. This really aggravated me as Inwas on my way to work and sat for 25+ minutes in line only to be told I can’t have coffee. Any other coffee shop would serve ALL customers that were in line up till their actually closing hours. If you can’t serve after the closing hour, maybe hang signs so patrons are aware instead of waiting in a line! I order from this location at least 3-4 times a week and never had an issue except this one time I went in later than normal. The only other complaint I would have is the music played. Some of it is inappropriate for an establishment like this. The employees want to listen to it that’s fine keep it on inside the store not blaring outside

    Walked up to the window and they told us to go through the drive thru. That's fine we went through the drive thru. We waited in the line for almost 30 minutes just to get to the window and be told that they can't take orders anymore. It would have been nice to know that they would cut the line off at a certain time instead of wasting gas in a line and not even be able to get anything. There was no reason to tell us to go around the drive thru. Very disappointing.
