  We ordered pizza from this location for my daughter’s birthday and placed the order at 1:00 PM for a 4:45 PM pickup. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready—it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. I overheard an employee mention they thought the pickup time was 5:45 instead. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or accountability. No apology was offered, and there was no attempt to make up for the inconvenience. As a result, I was left waiting for our food and ended up being late to my daughter’s birthday celebration. Very frustrating experience, especially for an important occasion.

  Ordered food at 7:23 p.m. At 9:00 still had received no food and when called the store it would just ring and someone would just pick up and hang up the phone. Went to the store in person and the lady at the counter was rude as can be. We will never ever order from this location again they need to close this store and start over somewhere else

  Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 10 mins. 30 minutes later still no pizza and then was told no order for me was there yet I paid in store!!!! Wasn’t offered anything but to wait an extra however much longer for the order!!!! AND I WAS STARVING!!!
