- ARApril RilloAug 11, 20265.0Tonight while ordering our pizza, I mistakenly ordered the bbq chicken instead of the cheese, my mistake but also a bit of a bummer to the kids. I called the Smithville location to see if it was too late to switch one of the pizzas to a plain cheese. Unfortunately, it had already been put in the oven, the customer service guy Ryan was very polite and offered to cancel the order and reorder it, but there was no need, just a small issue and it was my fault no less. To our surprise, the delivery driver brought us 3 pizzas, one of them being the cheese pizza that we didn't order- and my 3 kids were so grateful to not have to endure the bbq chicken that I had prepared them for due to my "oopsie". It's the small things that create loyal customers, and clearly Mngr. Joey and his employees understood the assignment- I will only be ordering from here from now on. Thank you for making my 3 littles very happy on pizza night 💖

Last week was great, food hot and fresh, I was hoping that was the new standard. I was wrong, that was the exception and not the rule. Ordered sandwiches, pizza and pasta. Not sure how my food was burnt and cold. But it was. Toppings were almost non existent. They delivered rather quick, which made me more confused about the poor quality. Trying to do anything through the app was a joke. Just put you into automated AI limbo. I usually don’t leave a bad review but when something is consistently bad, I hope the franchise owners read this and do something.

I ordered 2 pies and wings and one of the all pepperoni pies was bit into by my significant other with someone's hair in it! When I called the store I was told that I could get a credit or make another pizza. I just wanted a refund because I didn't order a pizza with someone else body hair in my food. This is the 6th place from take out that this has happened. I was told to call back because the refund was put through, then lied to twice as well as a credit and guess what no refund. I personally don't like being lied to and also will not be giving business to a establishment that feels this kind of business is right.
