  I ordered who to go, so I had something for work. The rice looked so gooey. I wasn't quite sure if it was going to be good. I should have tasted it before. I left because finally I go to work and I decided to eat and the rice is chewy in gooey at the same time. Can we\n On the outside and chewy rocks on the inside and it tasted disgusting. I get extra rice and I tried to call the receipt people or call the store. They did not give me a refund. They didn't even give me at least a discount for next time. And they say, oh, everything should be right. Apparently , this place will treat us like we are eating slop and will not care what is in the food.

  The drive through woman that was there on Saturday night April 25, 2026 was the rudest staff I have ever delt with. She made me wait 25 minutes for my food, I am a dasher and she should have told me it was going to take over 25 minutes. She was the slowest worker I had ever seen. Her name was Abby. Absolutely the most horrible staffer and slowest that I have ever had to deal with. And at the end, she made fun of how long I had to wait, absolutely, somebody should watch the videos from Saturday night about six to 7 o’clock at night. She was absolutely horrible.

  I have been to this location many times trying to give it a chance but the food is extremely dry and lacking flavor! The rice seems under cooked and the fajitas/Chicken are NEVER chopped right. I have had almost an entire half of a bell pepper before. The chicken or some other ingredient has no flavor. I can't figure it out but it ruins the taste. It's very lacking. Not to mention the staff is so slowwwwww. Last time, I waited forever for the guy doing the food to find kids trays because he ran out. He had no urgency, wasn't friendly and had no idea where they were. Another time, my mom took my daughter and a different guy was making the burritos. My daughter said she wanted chicken and he kept insisting for Chicken and steak. She said no, only chicken. He then a second time says half chicken half steak. My mom interrupted and said she does NOT want steak. She wants only chicken. He proceeded to put both chicken and steak on it and she hated it. It was so cold and dry. Not to mention he upcharged my mom for the steak??? 🙄 They never once said they wanted steak for her burrito . He could not communicate well with them. I love the location but the food and service is not good.

  Only one person on the line each time we come in. They work on DoorDash orders and ignore the people in the store. There’s currently a line of 15 people with one guy doing the orders and who’s also running the register. They also don’t change gloves or wash hands after handling the register. I have probably 10 more minutes to write this review before I get served. I’ve been here for 15 mins. Get better.
