I call the store to speak to a manager and all the employees and including the manager are very rude. I'm telling him that I got the wrong order in my bag and he tells me he bagged it and that it's two bowls basically insinuating I'm lying. Mind you my name starts with a C and most definitely isn't Alan on top of that it as a chicken bowl without dairy cause I have an allergen and a hot honey chicken bowl. When I ask is there a number to send a pic he keeps going over about coming to get the bowl but it's obvious I can't do that at the moment if I just had it doordashed(common sense). I'm so over these shitty stores, 25 dollars down the drain for what

The store was not clean, fresh food wasn't being called to the line (my wife did not want to eat here), and I watched a staff member wipe down the food line with his gloved hands instead of a clean rag — that's a basic food safety issue. Also a “manager” sagging noticeably and kicking boxes around in the back. Store was very nasty. These are fixable problems and I hope upper management addresses them. This location has potential, but standards need to improve!
