The manager seems to regularly skimp on the chicken and other portions, and it’s frustrating paying full price only to receive what feels like half a serving. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they’re asking for too much just to get the portion they paid for. This has happened enough times that it’s become a pattern. (Black male, heavy set)

Once in line, you look around and everything lacking. No tea, lemonade forks, etc. While standing in line a young lady says,” For everyone standing in line, we don’t have chicken, steak, you can only have a single scoop of rice.” All I could have gotten would have a been a scoop of rice (out of beans), (no meat) corn, lettuce and cheese. All out of everything. FAIL!!

Granted I did come here during lunchtime, but you'd think that at least the chicken would be properly reheated at that time. - DDDejaAug 25, 20265.0Cam in today black male (heavy side) and female (tall with piercing bull look)making food so I thought I didn't need to record especially since I watched someone else bowl made in a decent amount but no he gives me a small portion of rice good beans and THEN she put a good scoop of meat in my bowl but looks away as she is scooping for my burrito I asked for a little more SHE PUT TWO PIECES literally I expected 1/3 spoon full would have made up for the first small scoop she then puts hella everything else and the sour cream uhhh I couldn't even eat the bowl. I usually defend us but this is why people dont like us 😒 the people after me got a great portion of meat a big scoop and a half compared to my barely 1scoop and 2 pieces I hope she is fired I'm black as well just giving a description
