Order was labeled as ready for pick up at 12:43 I stood there until 1:10 waiting for my food and when I asked why it took so long it was because they prioritized a DoorDash order over my food which was sitting on the counter uncovered half finished

This is definitely the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Always out of almost everything, terrible service and terrible wait times. Do yourself a favor and go to the taco bell around the corner.. you'll spend a fraction of the money and avoid the travesty that is Miller lane chipotle

The worst experience i’ve ever had at a chipotle. Upon walking in, I was told that they were currently out of chicken and would be a 5 minute wait, so no big deal, I understand and I waited patiently. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the chicken was finally ready and the workers began to serve people in line. It was my turn to be waited on, I asked for chicken and the clerk gave me not even a half serving of chicken, I asked for a little bit more and the worker told me that I would be charged double so I declined. The workers all seemed miserable. They were out of chips and said the it would take an additional 10 minutes if I wanted chips and they were also out of vinaigrette. Not a “sorry for the wait” or anything. Wasted nearly 45 minutes for the worst dinner and experience.

September 11, 2026 2pm. The young lady that prepares the food appears to have an attitude in customer service. She did not greet us, She was impatient with us ordering and She had no problem telling customers that she has an attitude problem. Instead of rushing trying to make the order quickly, she needs to listen to The order, Therefore, you won't make it wrong and then have even more of an attitude when you mess up!!!
I told her I wanted salsa on my burrito that she obviously missed when I said the first time. She stood there and looked at me. I pointed to it, and she said, you're pointing at the cups. How am I supposed to point to the salsa when there is a sneeze guard in front of the food!!! When I told her salsa, she said, no, it's Pico... I said oh, they call it salsa or Main Street, she said, well, either or it doesn't matter. After my wife placed her order, she looked at me rolled her eyes as if my wife irritated her, she didn't know we were together.. there were stacks of dirty pans behind her that should not be in the customers view. The food table was messy and other items were mixed in other pans and she didnt drain the liquid with the serving spoons, so the burrito was wet. After getting our order, she sarcastically said yall have a nice day....that directly reflects the management on the facility, and leads to bad reviews..

Today, my husband and I visited Chipotle for lunch, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness we encountered.
When it was our turn to order, I explained to the food preparer that I wanted two bowls and that my husband would be ordering something different. She simply stood there without responding. I repeated that the bowls were for me and that my husband would be placing a separate order, but again she just stood there until my husband finally said, “I’m ordering something different.”
As she prepared my food, she appeared rushed and was almost throwing the ingredients into the bowls rather than carefully serving them. The food preparation area was noticeably messy, with ingredients scattered around the serving line. Because food was being handled so carelessly, different ingredients were getting mixed together, which was both unappetizing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
The two bowls were not being prepared consistently, and she seemed uninterested in listening to my requests. When I was trying to tell her that I wanted guacamole and cheese, she had already put the lids on the containers. She then stated that there wasn’t enough for two bowls, but that wasn’t what I had asked for. I only wanted those toppings on one bowl. Because she wasn’t listening, she completely misunderstood my request.
She then moved on to my husband’s order. When he asked for the tomato salsa, she began correcting him and debating the name, insisting that it was “pico” and not “salsa.” This was particularly frustrating because I had just referred to it as salsa, and she clearly understood what I meant.
When I got to the register, the cashier asked how I was doing. I told him I was fine, but that the employee who helped us had a very poor attitude. While I was paying, she overheard my comment and then sarcastically told the customer behind us, after being asked how she was doing, “Evidently, I have an attitude!”
As we were leaving, she called out, “Have a nice day,” despite never greeting us when we entered the restaurant. The comment felt insincere given how we had been treated throughout the entire interaction.
This type of behavior is exactly what discourages customers from returning to a restaurant. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and cleanliness is equally important. Between the rude attitude, poor communication, messy food preparation area, and careless handling of ingredients, this visit fell far short of expectations. Rather than spending time calling a manager, which I feel would be a waste of time, I decided to share my experience through this review. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.
