One line worker who had blonde hair asked if the line could get some more black beans because they were running low. Instead of responding with “just a few more minutes and they will be ready” she instead decided that it would be great to belittle the line worker and say “I can’t just magically have food ready for you when you need.” I thought the whole point of a cook was to have food ready? apparently this doesn’t apply to emmy…someone needs to speak with her about fixing the way speaks to her coworkers. It’s never acceptable to speak to others that way and it makes the business look crappy.

Then, once I was about half way through my bowl, something started to taste rotten, either the guac or the fajitas... I tried to eat it but it was too gross.... so I complained on the chipotle website, hoping to get a refund or a replacement... despite promising to get back to me in 24hrs, they never did... so I ended up ordering some food from Pizza Hut... it didn't matter how good the food was, but at least they didn't sell me rotten vegetables and I had to starve the entire night I suppose that restaurants don't care about delivery...

Instead of just saying “sure I can get you one” or something along those lines she said “these just go in the new pan so it doesn’t matter” whether that’s the case or not the way she replied and the tone she had was very rude. She wasn’t nice to anyone in front of him either. I get having bad days and not wanting to work but when you work in the food industry and face people you should try to have a better attitude. Service can always ruin an experience whether the food is good or not.
