  I ordered a delivery order at 10:30... by the time it was delivered, it was okay. Then, once I was about half way through my bowl, something started to taste rotten, either the guac or the fajitas... I tried to eat it but it was too gross.... so I complained on the chipotle website, hoping to get a refund or a replacement... despite promising to get back to me in 24hrs, they never did... so I ended up ordering some food from Pizza Hut... it didn't matter how good the food was, but at least they didn't sell me rotten vegetables and I had to starve the entire night I suppose that restaurants don't care about delivery...

  One of the female employees with glasses was very rude to everyone in line in front of me including an elderly man who asked her if he could have a fresh scoop of beans instead of the bottom of the container. Instead of just saying “sure I can get you one” or something along those lines she said “these just go in the new pan so it doesn’t matter” whether that’s the case or not the way she replied and the tone she had was very rude. She wasn’t nice to anyone in front of him either. I get having bad days and not wanting to work but when you work in the food industry and face people you should try to have a better attitude. Service can always ruin an experience whether the food is good or not.

  Always had great service here. The employees are always on there toes. Always smiling and preparing our food has been on point. The facility is always clean.

  This Chipotle is one of the worst in the Montgomery County area. The efficiency and preparation are little to none. It seems they are ill prepared even on their slowest days. Don’t let it be. Lunch or dinner rush, you’ll be waiting for dayyyyssss for your food!!

  This used to be a great restaurant, but it's horrible now! Even though there's always at least 10 people working, there is ALWAYS a long line. Of those 10 people, there's always one doing nothing but standing behind the counter with his hands in his pockets. He literally just stands there watching the line get longer. Portion sizes are half of what they used to be. I can't really comment only food quality because it took the two people running one register 10 minutes to ring up the customer before us, and another 5 to ring up our 2 bowls; By the time we sat down to eat, everything was cold. Floors were sticky, tables were dirty. Just an all around nasty place now.
