  Compared to other Chick-fil-A this one is a little slower. Only had 1 worker handing out food. Went from 2 lanes down to one. Maybe they don't have enough staff? But the food was good as always

  I am a Doordash and this morning I go into the facility. I stand back and I wait for my name to be called mind you I’m at a 99 out of 100. So I am a platinum Dasher. I am used to coming into this Chick-fil-A at least I don’t know 10 times a week so my customers name is called and the gentleman proceeds to say I need for you to verify and accept and I said well you didn’t tell the two other people fired to me to do that and a lady out of uniform behind the desk. We had a dress on so that’s our policy and I stated well he didn’t say it to the other two people, and she kept saying that our policy the discrimination of the two white people before me who did not have to confirm versus me being an African-American who they make sure confirm in my step are probably higher than the Caucasian white people whatever you wanna call them, but I’m still being treated as a criminal because of my color of my skin. You gotta do better in training as well as having a supervisor just go down my throat or I’m assuming she’s a supervisor but she did have only a uniform and she was behind the desk messing with the register had on a dress today is Thursday couple days before Mother’s Day so Chick-fil-A again to do better. I take pride in my job. I’m very respectful. I always ask for you all to put stickers on my list regardless of what your policy is to protect my customers maybe that I’m ringing the bell after who I am do better

  I stopped by this location to get a complimentary Teacher Appreciation Week item but was very disappointed with the service I received. I was being served by a very kind lady who stepped away from the register to inquire of her manager about the Teacher Appreciation promotion. The manger, who was about five feet from me, continued facing the wall, doing what she was doing, and replied to the worker, "We're not doing that... we're not doing Teacher Appreciation at this location." The worker looked surprised then returned to pass the message on to me. It was an awkward exchange, and you could tell she was uncomfortable. She apologized and I let her know that I appreciated her assistance and left. I completely understand that not all locations participate in the promotion; however, I was more disturbed by the manager's tone and the fact that she didn't simply turn around, take a few steps, and handle the situation in a professional manner. I am a Chick-fil-A fan and frequent the Beavercreek location (my favorite). Since changing schools and visiting this location, I have discovered that not all locations are created equal. Again, my main issue is with the way the manager handled the situation. I'm in a management/leadership position and know the value of the customer service experience. It was clearly not the manager's pleasure to serve me.

  Not a good experience at all. I asked the cashier Trenton if I could get whipped cream on my iced coffee he said no only if I got ice cream in it....I had already ordered an ice cream cone which btw was the best thing about this experience l. The Cobb salad was horrible it didn't have tomatoes corn or egg like it's advertised the chicken sandwich was probably the worst I have had from chick filet ever. Trenton needs to get another job since he is so miserable with this one

  Got in the store at 10:20, got to the counter at 10:32, and they don’t serve me breakfast. The hard cut off is ridiculous. If they had more than 1 person working register, I could have gotten my breakfast. I don’t understand what kind of manager would keep 1 person only at the register, keeping the other 2 closed, when there’s a line going out of the door. Completely insane. Then, a worker opened a second register AFTER I complained about breakfast. Why did you not do that before? And to top everything off, the food was horrible. Whoever is running this specific chick fil a is doing a horrible job. It has turned into a complete embarrassment on the chick fil a name.
