  We had an amazing dinner today, the food was wonderful and our waitress Mariam was absolutely fantastic!! She was very attentive and and had a wonderful personality, top notch service! All in all we had a wonderful experience today.

  The service was great. Jessica was attentive even though she was helping to manage numerous tables during the event. Attended the September bourbon meal deal. My palate was not prepared for the menu. The drinks were good, but light on the alcohol. Will definitely attend another bourbon event.

  My wife and I had lunch there today, and the food was amazing. The waitress was absolutely so polite and responsive to any of our requests. Her name is Mariam. My wife and I both commented on how professional she was. Good customer service makes any experience better, and this was no exception. We would recommend to anyone!

  Johan was a fantastic server, coming from someone with years of experience throughout different sectors of the service industry, he has not only lovely character, but always nice when the server can actually say they have tried the item on the menu they're recommending, let's you know wether the food is good or not. Flavor was 10/10, only complaint was the price, but what are you gonna do, it's a fancy resteruant.

  I absolutely hate writing this review, but after our experience this past weekend, you can really tell this location has gone down hill. Bonefish has been my husband and I's go-to date restaurant for over 13 years. It was actually where we had our first proper date when we first met. We decided to splurge this past Friday night and visit the Dayton mall location. I want to start by saying our server was fantastic, and this review does not reflect her at all. We showed up around 7:30pm, and we started by ordering some drinks which were very good. My husband ordered the new Crispy Bourbon Shrimp and I ordered the grilled Walleye. After placing our orders, our server comes back and let us know they were out of grilled Walleye, and only had sautéed Walleye. My husband asked her how they could be out of one but not the other if they cook to order? Our server was confused too, but I said it was fine and changed it to the Unicorn fish with mango salsa. Several moments later, our server comes back and says they're out of my husband's order. So, he changes it to a different entree all together. We were very understanding and honestly thought it was kind of funny. Then, when our meals were supposed to be served to us, the kitchen decides to let our server know that they were out of the side dish he ordered. So, we had to change his order last minute once again. The manager did come out to apologize to us, and said "We will be sure to take care of you tonight." Once the food was delivered, you could tell everything was completely rushed. My asparagus was rock hard, I had no mango salsa on my fish (it was literally just plain fish on a plate), and my husband's Brussel sprouts were severely undercooked. It was to the point where we just wanted to go home. After my 3 drinks, his 2 drinks, and two meals, we still paid almost $130. They offered us a free dessert that we weren't going to order in the first place which was nice, but apparently this is their way of "taking care of us." Like I said before, this has been our go-to for many years, especially when it comes to big life celebrations/events, but I feel as though it's time for us to look elsewhere to spend our time/money.
