Hello, After reviewing the last 3 reviews, I felt I should, myself, leave a review. As a returning customer to this establishment, who goes to this location on average once or twice a week (Sometimes more if I'm just getting a XL drink).. And after looking at the last three reviewers. I feel those individuals are rarely happy with any type of service, from the frequency of 1 star reviews, and the ganging up on particular stores and locations. They seem to just be unhappy individuals overall and extremely spoiled. I'm pretty forward, and very open. I frequent this location, and have actually become a regular at this location over the last year, because the employees have been nothing but kind to me. The food is not the main reason I come back (Lets face the truth? Cost of living has become high, you get less for what you spend everywhere, even fast food has become expensive for the quantities you pay for). Its important to remember, the customer IS NOT always right.. And customers should have a sense of decency and respect for people who serve them food and in retail. Servers are people too, and I have been in both service industries, so I show respect first.. and if I'm met with disrespect after, then we have an issue. As a working class individual, who is no longer working, and now as a person who is disabled with a set income to live, I still frequent this location, even if it's just to buy a drink. I will come to this location to buy food, when I do have money to use in my tight budget, because of how I'm treated by the staff.. As much as I would love to say I return because the prices, that isn't the case.. It is the people you have working at this location, that keeps me returning. (Unless you bring back 5 for 5 lol then that would be a bonus). I also suggest this location to family members when they try to decide what fast food they want when they can't decide, because I know they won't be talked to badly here and they will be treated with kindness if they have menu questions or concerns. Please take this review into heavy consideration when reading it (if you are a random person reading this, or the owner). As I don't leave reviews often, but I do leave reviews with sincerity and honesty. Stay humble and stay kind. A customer who will continue to return, Tom

Dear Arby's Corporate Support, I am writing to formally complain about a pattern of severe customer service issues, abusive behavior, and poor cleanliness at your Dayton location on Linden Avenue. Most recently, my husband and his friend visited this location after work. They were treated terribly by the manager on duty and ultimately left without their food. When I called the store to seek clarification, the employee who answered—whom I believe may be named Chrissy or Christie—verbally insulted me and immediately hung up. This is consistent with my own experience at this specific restaurant a couple of months ago. During that visit, a heavier-set blonde female manager in her late 30s or early 40s accused me of lying when I returned to the counter with a receipt to retrieve missing items from a $60 order. Although a line cook eventually stepped forward to confirm he had forgotten to bag the items, the manager refused to apologize and walked away. Furthermore, the interior of the store was visibly filthy. The hostile environment, unprofessional behavior, and lack of cleanliness at this store are entirely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Our family will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge corporate management to investigate the staffing, operations, and sanitary conditions at this restaurant. I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be addressed. My regards, Geneva

My friend just went through there and so I went back because we still wanted food and would you believe that even me going back through there and not making any mention of anything else and forgo the shake because she told him that they took it apart because they were cleaning it they wanted to shut it down early and then I went back there and no joke. I thought maybe my friend was exaggerating Chrissy or Christie whatever her name was was so rude. I couldn’t even place my order we were ordering $40-$50 but I don’t know how much it would’ve come to. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was $60 worth of food. We do that once a week when it gets late and we’re working and often times a lot of us like Arby’s but my friend who had the problem initially said you know no way we were never going back there and I said let me try and I saw I drove over right after and I don’t know why I have no idea. It was so polite. I tried to be super cool, I never even write reviews rarely like only five star reviews and once in a while, I’ll leave a bad review of a place totally warrant it. This has never been more warranted. I could not believe my ears. I thought my friend was exaggerating cause he can be a little finicky no this lady is totally out of her mind and treats customers I guess like my friend said Trash so we didn’t even end up getting the food lol because I even have more dignity than that I’m not gonna let someone treat me like that when I’m trying to order food are you kidding me? This is the general she told me she was the general manager when I asked cause he wasn’t sure if she said she was GM assistant she told me she was the general manager. This is the general manager of your store. I can only imagine how the staff treat people if the GM is treating people like this. She probably isn’t even the GM but she’s just lying because she doesn’t. She’s hoping that we don’t report somebody else well we order like I said $15-$60 worth of food regularly each week from a restaurant and it used to be regularly we would pick Arby’s. I’ve now will also vote that. No we never go back here until this lady doesn’t work here anymore. When I tell my wife she’s gonna also wanna leave a review. This place already has a three star Google review that you can’t afford to go any lower than that you’re a giant corporation and you don’t care about your stores enough to stop someone like this. From ruining your business name, what a joke Arby’s man you have the meats you also have the worst employees/managers ever in the world so that’s what you knew commercial should say we have the most rude managers and meet

Dear District Manager, I am writing to formally report an incredibly unprofessional experience I had at your Arby's location on [Date of Visit], involving an individual named Chrissy (or Christie), who identified herself as the general manager. When I asked why the shake machine was turned off at 10:00 PM, she responded with extreme rudeness and dismissiveness, repeatedly saying, "Thank you, is that all I can do for you?" in an incredibly mocking tone. When I mentioned contacting the district manager, she stated she would not get into any trouble for her behavior. This is not my first negative experience at this location. Recently, when I pointed out fruit flies near the food, her response was simply that "it's just part of the business." The level of customer service at this store is unacceptable, which is reflected in its poor online ratings. I hope that corporate and district leadership care more about treating consumers with dignity and kindness than the current on-site management does. I request that this matter be investigated, as I will not be returning to this location. Sincerely, Average Customer
