  Terrible horrible!! Waited 22 minutes after paying to be told they didn’t have my food!! Asked for a refund they asked for my information and refused to give me my money back!!! Said they don’t do refunds

  Its great to have a nice, clean, well maintained Arby's in our area. Not many are these days.

  Went there to purchase 2 beefs. I requested Arby's sauce. Left and when I took the wrappers off of the sandwiches and lifted the buns apart, to my amazement all 4 halves of the buns were toasted to a dark burnt crisp. Pretty pissed as whoever made the sandwiches knew this and still slapped the beef indsde. Examine your food before you leave this place. The worker should be reprimanded for his irresponsibility in not throwing out the burnt buns. These kind of workers really hurt Arby's and should be terminated or given a very long time off. Not a good hire !!

  We drive from Beavercreek Township to eat here. Great food and service. It's the only Arby's we'll eat at.
