  The food was good as always, the service was poor. We ordered online and scheduled to pick up through the drive thru. When we got there, the associate was rude and she demanded we come inside. My wife and I are disabled and have mobility issues. If this is the way the staff behaves, we'll try our luck at the Arby's in Miamisburg the next time we order. This is no way to run a business.

  Just came through for a couple large fries only to have them not filled all the way up. If I'm paying 4 a piece for large fries then I should be getting what I payed for, not a couple small fries in a large container. I honestly wish I had the time to go back and get a refund.

  Let me begin by telling you when I pulled up in the parking lot. The employees were outside doing something with a car when I got out they ran in then when I got my food, my sandwich was half assed put together, and my potato cakes had been sitting there for a while and became really gross. So if I just gave you one on everything, it should’ve been no stars.

  First time at this Arby's location. The food was fresh, and hot. Service was amazing. Will definitely return.
