  I spent $13+ dollars and couldn't even eat the sandwich- will most likely never visit this particular location again. The sandwich was soaking wet, with what? No idea.

  Usally when I come into this arbys I have a pretty good experience. But this trip was a mess from the start. First and formost I ordered the 16 dollar brisket meal and what I got was no where near 16 bucks. Like you guys have to be kidding right now . There was maybe 1 Oz of meat on the bread . I said somthing to the staff and they said that's what it has to be and they will get in trouble if they don't weigh it correctly. And I understand that . But wow charging people that much for a tiny sandwich. Thats wild. 2nd. My wife ordered a ham and Swiss market fresh meal . What she got was ham on bread so we took it back in to complain once again. So they remade her sandwich and they made it exactly like the first one . Even tbey guy in tbe back said " did u just make her the same sandwich bro?" So her food had to be made 3 times . The staff was very friendly. Store was cleanish. We usually do not complain but I feel this time was very nessasery.. the wait in the drive thru was around 15 mins. But seeing we had a large order this did not bother me at all.
