  Just went to this location for the BOGO deal for the Buckeyes scoring 7 in the first quarter. The workers said they were not participating. I get that the 7 brew text says at participating locations. So I said okay and I will go to the Springboro location. We will just go to the Springboro location out of principle from now on.

  I’ve visited this 7Brew multiple times and each time the staff is playing around, and it takes at least 10-15 minutes to get your drink. They just now took other car orders behind me instead of mine. They apparently need an adult to supervise them.

  If I could give this ZERO STARS I would. Every time I go to this location my drink always comes out bad. I have gone twice in the last 3 days and I’ve ordered the same drink and both times it’s come out like watered milk. It doesn’t even taste like coffee or anything but watered-down milk. I wont be going back to this location. I feel like ever since the opening day they have always been inconsistent. Now the store in Springboro has always been great and the drinks seem to be exactly the same every time.

  I really want to love this 7 Brew location because when they get my drink right, it tastes amazing! Unfortunately, this location has become very hit or miss, and lately it’s been more of a miss. Even when there are only 4–5 cars in line, it seems to take forever to get through. The last time I visited, it took three attempts before my drink was made correctly. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the inconsistency has become frustrating, especially when it happens repeatedly. I don’t seem to feel this way at other locations. When this location is on it, the drinks and experience are great! I just wish it were more consistent. At this point, every time I go through, I’m wondering whether it’s going to be a great experience or another frustrating one. I really hope things improve.

  I got a Carmel brave and I specifically asked if it was going to be sweet because I had come through here once before and ordered the same thing and it was disgusting; tasted like straight milk with a little coffee no flavoring. I was told it was supposed to be sweeter than some of their other coffies yet when I received the coffee it tasted disgusting the second time. Absolutely no Carmel flavor, no sweetness to it. I would understand if it's a little bit but it truly just wanted it to be good and I almost spit it out taking my first sip
