  Save yourself the time and trouble and go to biggby. Visited again to try and get a smoothie since this is the only place open that serves them early in the morning. I was laughed at and questioned about whether I wanted a drink with caffeine instead, after I had to ask for a menu because for some reason one planted outside available for motorists who don't want to operate their phone a vehicle at the same time. On one hand, thanks for making me late and insulting me by questioning my personal choices before my work day. On the other hand, at least the smoothies don't completely suck, unlike the coffee. Eta: reached out to the link and provided feedback as requested and got no remedy. Unimpressed with this entire company.

  Waited for 20 minutes and spent 30 dollars on 5 drinks.. I’ve been to this location before and usually our drinks are good.. but when I mean these were TERRIBLE I mean TERRIBLE. Three of us ended up not drinking our drinks. These are the same drinks we normally order. The only reason I didn’t go back to make them remake them is because we had already waiting so long and had to go.

  Every single time I go I have looked up the secret menu and pick and drink off there and each time I have been told, "we don't have that" and when I say it's on the secret menu, i get told "oh that must be one of the AI things". The drinks I pick are drinks that they already have for the drinks on the actual menu. I'll solve the issue, today was my last visit, if i want a basic menu item, I can get that anywhere.

  This was my first time here this morning! I have been wanting to go for awhile, but I just didn't know what to order when I looked at the menu and so I just went where I normally go. Well today I decided to give it a whirl and my only regret is not going sooner! You pull up and I was wowed by the customer service. I told her it was my first time here and she gave me a menu and told me she would answer any questions I have. I told her I normally get a caramel macchiato wherever I go, so she gave me some options for my drink. I ended up going with a blondie with caramel drizzle. Omg. It was so good. Absolutely delicious. Camilla (sp?) was amazing and so helpful and the drink was amazing. I may have to return tomorrow with my dog seeing pictures of people with their pups in other reviews. 😉 Definitely don't hesitate to go because they are so helpful.

  I can’t say enough good things about this 7 Brew location! Every single time I’ve visited, the service has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there. They always greet customers with a smile, make conversation, and create such a positive atmosphere. Not only are the drinks consistently delicious, but the team goes above and beyond to make every visit feel personal. It’s rare to find customer service that’s this consistently outstanding, and it’s clear that everyone here takes pride in what they do. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this location sets the standard. If you’re looking for amazing drinks and an even better experience, I highly recommend stopping by. Keep up the fantastic work—you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
