- EDEssential DeeJun 9, 20261.0I will NEVER go to this Pizza Hit again. They should be ashamed of the horrible pizzas they send out. My pizza had almost no cheese, i didn't get the extra sauce I selected AND asked for in the notes. Between the lack of cheese and lack of sauce this pizza was so dry, we did not enjoy it whatsoever. Most will end up in the garbage. Management here needs to get it together because the one in Munroe Falls is consistently wonderful. Its really not hard to make a good pizza. I only order from this one because it is on my husband's way home from work and every single time the pizza has been awful. This was their last chance and they blew it.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times and the staff has always been nice and the order is ready quickly, but the pizza has always come out overdone (one time it was actually burnt), the crust is EXTREMELY thin, it’s insanely greasy, and all 3 times I’ve gotten horrible stomachaches after eating it, which hasn’t happened at other Pizza Huts or pizza shops in general. I tried it a few times thinking maybe it would be different, but this was the last! Definitely do not recommend this location.
