- JBJackie BudaySep 3, 20265.0I have never eaten at the Cuyahoga Falls Five Guys, but I had to come on here and give them some serious love and credit. We frequent Five Guys down in Columbus, so I was completely shocked when a notification popped up on my phone thanking me for an order placed way up in Cuyahoga Falls while I was sick in bed. It turns out someone had compromised my account, ordered food, and drove from (xxxxx) to pick it up. I immediately called the store, and the manager was nothing short of incredible. She took action right away, kept the guy stalled at the counter when he arrived, and coordinated with the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department. Between the manager's quick thinking and the police arriving so fast, they caught him right on the spot. A huge thank-you to the management team at this location and the local officers for protecting customers and handling a bizarre situation with total professionalism. If this is how they look out for people who aren't even through their doors, this location deserves all the business in the world.

The evening manager is absolutely stuck up and loves to argue with the customer and deny Five Guys promotional offers. When shown said offers she then makes you jump through hoops to even place an order. I was already turned off of Five Guys because of the ridiculous amount of time it takes but after witnessing this happen I'll not be going back to any location ever.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
