  The staff is rude and very unhelpful. I have never experienced this with other locations. I always place my order ahead and it’s never ready. Then they have the audacity to say that they didn’t get the order earlier? There is a time stamp. I hope they improve.

  Having car trouble. Staff was very kind, offered drinks and help. Said not to worry about being towed while we were running around for parts. You don't find that kindness to much anymore

  I have been going to this location for a few weeks now and this is by far the worst DD I have ever been to. (I get DD coffee EVERY DAY). When I 1st started going there the drive thru was horrendously slow, so I started ordering ahead and walking in. When I order it says I should wait because I'm 5 ish miles out coming up rt 8 on my way to work.and I still have to wait untill they decide to make it. Today I ordered the same coffee and because they were out of caramel I have to drink a coffee with no sweetener in it. They could have easily asked me if I wanted a different sweetener or atleast told me rather than just handing it to me like nothings wrong. Now I'm at work and this coffee is terrible. This place needs to be overhauled.

  I ordered a blueberry iced coffee 3 times and I didn’t get blueberry and once the flavor was so light I could barely taste it. I went there one morning to get a dozen donuts for a coworkers birthday and they were closed. I’m not going back to this or any other dunkin.

  As a new store, I have had a few mess ups with employees, but they did fix my order (except one I didn't notice until driving away). I have come here many times. Everyone seems friendly. The store has wireless chargers in the high table you can sit at while you wait or eat which is kind of a cool feature.
