  This place just kinda sucks and it has since it opened, multiple times I've just chalked it up to new location sure whatever but it's been long enough.. Management is bad, employees running around looking busy but nothing getting done or made. It doesn't matter if you put a simple mobile order in, wait 20min before leaving, show up and it'll still not be done, then the neat part you can stand at the counter and not a single employee will acknowledge you or ask "hey who are you here for you've been standing here wasting your life away for 20min" just go to graham road at least they know customer service.

  I have tried to give this location multiple chances. When it first opened staff was friendly and super nice. Now the staff has been rude and seem annoyed every time I go through. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I place my mobile order right when they open but I have waited 10-20 mins the past three orders for one coffee. I get being busy but there has been maybe one or two cars in the drive through. I love the convenience but between the rude staff and the long wait I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

  I stood at the register for nearly 5 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment from the staff. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the team appeared severely undertrained and disorganized. A quick “we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Management/ownership need to step up, provide better training, and create higher expectations for customer service.

  I have given this location the benefit of the doubt since they've only been open a short time, but they have let me down every single time. I have plenty of patience, but this morning was my last chance to give. You will wait 30 minutes for an $8 coffee and then receive attitude from staff - I'm good. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and just want to warn anyone else from experiencing something similar. Thanks for your time.

  this is by far the worst dunkin around. I tried to give them grace for being new, but no matter how early i pre order my order is NEVER ready, even when its 30 minutes before i get there. i simply don’t understand, order is also often wrong .
