- GBGeorge BJul 11, 20261.0A woman and her son walked in ahead of me, looked inside, and immediately left. I stayed because apparently I needed to learn the lesson the hard way. The line was completely stopped. The customer at the front was not ordering, and the two employees behind the counter seemed busy doing everything except serving customers. We stood there watching them move food from one container to another while the line remained frozen. I waited for ten full minutes, and the line did not move one single inch. At that point, I realized I could probably drive to another Chipotle, order, eat, and come back before this line moved. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I have encountered unproductive or grouchy employees at this location. Everyone has an off day, but this place seems to have made it part of the schedule. I finally left without ordering. The woman and her son had the right idea from the beginning. The fatigue is real.
