Most recently, we picked up dinner and both the bowl and the large side of guacamole were not edible. The guacamole was discolored and warm, which was very disappointing. We’ve always chosen this location for convenience, but the inconsistency in quality has become frustrating. We’ll be switching to Spicy Sombreros for better quality and consistency.

I could excuse it once or twice, but this has happened more than three times. At this point, I'm not sure whether to stop ordering from this location or stop ordering Chipotle altogether. I should have learned from other reviewers, thinking they fixed it. But nothing has changed; it's been 6 months! Giving them feedback online is pointless, because nothing changes. This place sucks!
