  We keep coming back every time we come to town. I’ve tried several items, but the parmigiana encrusted chicken salad is definitely my new favorite. It’s not a short walk from our favorite hotel 💜💙

  Had a great experience at Burntwood Tavern! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Taylor behind the bar was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Great drinks, great conversation, and exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Taylor! (I will say I would love to see some new Brunch specials or features on the menu)

  Went in this morning sat at the bar. Had an amazing experience!! Atmosphere was great and the vibes were immaculate. Taylor was great she was so welcoming and drinks were amazing!!!! Will be back soon :)

  First time here and unfortunately probably our last — which is honestly disappointing because I was SO excited to try this place. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The service? Completely different story. We came in Saturday, August 8th around 1:20 PM and sat at the bar. Mind you, we were literally the ONLY people sitting at the bar. The bar was trashed when we walked up, and the bartender seemed completely uninterested in the fact that she had customers. Menus were basically tossed in front of us with no “Hi,” no “How are you?”, no “What can I get you to drink?” — nothing. Then we sat there for another five minutes or so while she continued filling syrups/doing side work directly in front of us. We actually had questions about the menu and planned on ordering food and drinks, but apparently getting acknowledged was going to be our first challenge of the afternoon. And before anyone says, “Maybe she was busy” — I work in the service industry. I bartend. I completely understand being weeded, having side work, prepping, stocking, and having a million things to do at once. But we were the ONLY people at the bar. It takes approximately three seconds to say, “Hey guys! I’ll be right with you.” Honestly, she just looked miserable to be there, and unfortunately she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by sitting down. We ended up deciding to leave instead of ordering because if this is the experience before we’ve even gotten a drink, I’m not particularly interested in finding out how the rest of the meal goes. Beautiful restaurant and such a disappointing first impression. Hospitality is literally part of the job. We came in excited to spend money and try somewhere new and left feeling like our presence was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

  NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I got their smash burger which was $18 proportions of food is good but the burger just tasted like plain hamburger meat, no seasoning, no flavor. For $18 you expect more. Also it took 10 minutes for my waiter to ask if I wanted a refill then another 10 for him to bring it. Their chicken also had no flavor just tasted like chicken with no seasoning. Sat for at least 30 minutes after eating to receive check.
