My fiance had the brown sugar cinnamon iced latte and I had the cookie butter iced latte made with oat milk. We are both very happy with our decisions. The drinks are very tasty. The cookie butter is giving more of a cereal milk vibe but it is still very good- I'm a cereal milk fan.

Employees are always awesome, upbeat, and offer great suggestions if I’m looking for something different or new! I wanted to try the new fall line but I don’t care for coffee. So the young lady who took my order asked what I was in the mood for based on what I ordered prior, and what I liked from the new collection and came up with the most delicious pumpkin tea drink ever!

The service is always great! The people are always friendly. And the drinks are awesome! The person taking my order had issues with the iPad when we were trying to pay, she apologized and was very friendly about it. We paid at the register when we got our drinks.

The lines are ridiculously long. There is no coffee that has ever been in existence that is good enough to merit waiting in that line. I mean the line continued onto Howe Ave.

most of the staff are really great, however today the girl with a ton of piercings in her face handed my drink to someone else, they put inside of their vehicle and then realized it wasn't theirs. when i asked if she handed my drink to the wrong person, she stood there dumbfounded with her mouth wide open as if i was speaking another language. I then repeated myself and she said " well i mean she touched the cup " no multiple people touched it and you thought i would still want my drink? they need to get rid of these people and get ones that enjoy life and their job.
