- TDTina DovenbargerJun 6, 20261.0This was an awful experience! They contract with door dash. My order was delivered late and cold. The delivery driver showed up at my door with young kids in tow. It’s ten at night and raining! Then of course she has no change and left with a $10 tip! The icing on the cake? She rolled her eyes when I asked for change and stated I wish they would tell us when we need change! Umm you’re a delivery driver you should always have change! Called to complain about the experience and the manager was irritated with having to deal with a complaint. Offered to print my receipt and deliver the same meal at a different time. Doubtful that will happen! So I pay for food and a delivery fee plus I am forced to give a large tip smh. Do better hire actual driver drivers employed with your company!

It literally looked like they were in competition to see who could actually move the slowest. My food was ready roughly 20min after they said it would be ready. Which was pretty cool
- TBTiffany BishopFeb 7, 20261.0I ordered online an XL pepperoni with extra cheese. What i got was an XL pepperoni with hardly NO cheese at all. The pizza was hard as a rock with very little movement. It was really dry. It was like i got a pizza someone ordered and never picked up and i was the unfortunate victim of the re-heat and serve to someone else. I was very disappointed. I haven't had pizza hut in many years and I finally got some and this crap quality they make??? Those cheap dollar pizzas at Walmart are so much better than what I just received..and cheaper! I won't be ordering Pizza Hut again. I tried 🤷
