- BBBryan Bennett4 days ago2.0I go to QSL often, but never at this one. Now I know why. Beer cheese tasted like it was made with stale beer, and too much of it. Service was abysmal. Possibly the worst ive ever seen. It took us over 25 minutes to get drinks. They got orders wrong, and delivered a side dish that the person was very clear she did not want on the plate due to an allergy. Most of the food was fine, but some was no where near hot. We were also placed in the sun room, where I'm sure that they forgot about us. No TV on, no lights, and our meal took almost two hours to complete. To top off the evening when our change was brought back, there was no coinage for the 2 of us that paid cash. It was 7 cents each, but no offer or explanation. My tip was the 7 cents they couldn't afford to give me.

- RMRyan MApr 15, 20261.0We like going to the Lube for food and Keno. 99% of the time the Keno is not working ( unlike a few other eating establishments where the Keno is up and running. When I asked the manager about the Keno he said they have nothing to do with it (why even have it if you can’t support it) and go to Buffalo Wild Wings to play. WOW… sending customers to another restaurant 😩Won’t be back but I will miss Jules and Celeste😩

The only negative was the table next to me was rude to the server, but I think she was amazing. So kind and a pleasure to talk to! Keep it up the great work!
- AWAngel WilleyMar 27, 20261.0The waitress wa very short temper on serving us, poor service, I ordered a draft no at the bar it took 10 minutes to get a draft beer . Food was not good and there was only a total of 5 people in the whole place. And we heard people yelling in the kitchen and the girl left crying.
