  I think it's very disrespectful that they wait on people in the drive up before the people in the lobby. I counted 6 cars that received their food before I received mine. All I ordered was 2 hamburgers, fries and a drink. Still took almost 6 minutes.

  Food has been doing better, the workers at the window are pretty friendly. However, several times we’ve been there the guy on the loudspeaker has the worst attitude. Thought it was a young kid, found out this time it’s actually the older manager. Crazy how unprofessionally he speaks to customers, we overheard him being short and rude to other customers while the nice girl at the window gave us our food. Can’t imagine how he treats his workers. Hoping someone higher up sees this and can step in to stop him.

  Everytime me and my family go through their drive through we always get undercooked fries, hard inedible chicken (if you have the misfortune of ordering any snack wraps) and forgotten sauce. Just down the road of elm road on the day of this review we had just realized our fries were undercooked and tried to see if the McDonald's on elm road could fix their mistake and the manager told me no since they were not associated with this McDonald's. Never again will I eat from this location again, I encourage anyone else to find a diffrent McDonald's other than this one since they do not care if they give you undercooked food or not.
