  Literally walked in, got ignored for 10min. Finally placed a mobile order and waited another 10min to get said order that sat there.... unbelievable

  Worst 8 dollar drink i ever had plus stood there for over 10 min to get a dozen doughnuts. And i was the only one in there. There way to focused on the drive through

  Went through the drive thru, placed my order; paid for my order, the employee proceeded to tell me the products i purchased are not in stock. She said she could not offer me a refund. So I paid Dunkin for absolutely nothing.

  The WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Waited approximately 26 minutes for a small coffee, breakfast sandwich and donut. Almost had me pay for the incorrect order at the window, then gave me the wrong food and drink at the next window! Once I did finally get my coffee it was extremely watery and disgusting with no flavor at all, I couldn’t even drink it. On top of all this, the prices are higher than Dunkin in Niles. Needs better management.

  I stopped in to pickup a dozen donuts and was fortunate enough to be helped by Ethan. Ethan was professional, showed a sincere willingness to assist me, answered all of my silly donut-related questions, and made the entire visit comfortable and pleasant. Sadly, outstanding customer service (like what Ethan provided me) is so rare today. Ethan is a great example of what customer service looks like and how to deliver the service. Ethan could make a very effective trainer for new hires, or even a trainer at the corporate level. To the owners/managers at the 1501 Niles- Cortland Rd. SE. Warren, Ohio location: well done and thank you for offering me the kind of consumer experience that didn’t leave me frustrated, insulted, or overtly disappointed.
