  Ever since the new owners took over in the beginning of 2026 we have tried many times to give this place a chance. Unfortunately this location is no longer reliable to have food ready. The poor quality blizzards, and unempowered employees lead us to leave this review. Today we had a bad experience, but this has been months coming. Ordering food online means you wait 15-20 minutes more than the app says based on 3 experiences. Ordering in the drive through is fairly useless. The food was never ready at the window no matter how small the order. (6 times) We've even had to drive off before getting our food one time because we waited 25 minutes. We went inside to ask when it may be ready on that occasion, and the person shrugged their shoulders. It was no surprise that there was a car waiting pulled up by the gate there today when we ordered. It’s weird that they don’t want you pulling to the numbered spots designed for the waiting (as if that’s any different).They ask you to wait where your car may get hit instead of to the side where the employees have to walk farther. Prior to the new ownership we could say that our orders were never wrong. It was a running joke at all other places - (if only they were like DQ), well that is no longer the case. The food has always had mistakes. Every single time. The DQ salads at this location look like the lettuce from the burgers and about 1/3 the lettuce it used to have and no condiments. The dressing has been bad on two occassions. We thought that we could rely on it for blizzards, but the ingredients got less and less. We had stopped going to this location completely and go to the one in Medina for all of the above reasons, but today we ordered a large s'mores blizzard only to find a total of 6 pieces of chocolate in the entire thing and zero pieces of graham crackers, just crumbs. Rather than serving that item they should have said they were out. We also learned that we’ve been getting the wrong size “large” onion rings once we started using another location. It was shocking how the Medina location quality made this look so bad. It’s sad that a reliable family business has lost its reputation in such a short time.

  I just had an outstanding experience at this store. The manager James kept me entertained with his fantastic service. My food was fresh, hot and accurate. Everything was clean and well stocked. Everybody that I saw smiled at me! It was a great vibe and I give 5 stars when they are due. I am a restaurant manager so great service matters to me. Keep up the good work guys.

  went to Dairy Queen around like 1:00 🕐✨ and honestly it was SUCH a good experience 😭💫 first off the service??? AMAZING 💯👑 yante (hope i spelled that right 😭) was so welcoming and nice 🥹🫶 like immediately good vibes the second we walked in 😌✨ FOOD TIME 🍦🔥 i got the cotton candy blizzard 💖🍭 and my friend got the peanut butter blizzard 🥜🍫 and BOTH were soooo good 😭✨ like actually exquisite 💅💫 but lowkey the peanut butter one??? kinda better 👀💀 like it was hittingggg BUT… 😭💀 one little issue someone started VACUUMING 🧹🔊 out of nowhere and it was LOUDDD 😭 like why now??? it kinda ruined the vibe for a sec not gonna lie 😩💔 overall tho: service = 10/10 👑✨ blizzards = elite 🍦🔥 vibes = amazing until vacuum attack 🧹💀 final rating: 9/10 ⭐️✨ would def go back for the blizzards and yante’s energy 😭🫶💖
