  Not only did we not speak to an actual person at the drive-thru intercom but the kid helping us at the window was on his phone the entire time. If I cannot talk to a real person at the intercom, I should atleast have the attention of the person giving me my food. Just a little disappointed.

  The ai order at the drive thru is horrible. A person came on and gave us directions for our orders but was very rude and seemed aggravated with life. If you dont like your job go find another.

  I went to Taco Bell to pick up two separate to-go orders for the same person (my daughter) These were separate orders because she had accidentally left two tacos off the original order. I went through the drive-thru and explained that I had two orders under the same name. There was no one in line and not busy at all. I was told they could only process one order at a time. My options were to either drive completely around and go through the drive-thru TWICE, or get out and come inside to pick them both up. I’m sorry, but how does that make any sense? If I have a car full of people and everyone wants to place a separate order, apparently that's perfectly fine. But if I have two separate orders for the same person, suddenly the drive-thru can only handle one if its an online orders at a time? Why should a customer have to make two entire trips around the drive-thru for two orders under the same name that are already sitting there waiting to be picked up? This is an incredibly unnecessary and frustrating policy that makes no sense.
