- CBChris BellAug 6, 20261.0I arrived at 9:30pm. Despite posted hours being open until 11, they were all but shut down. Out of multiple selections. I ordered off of what was left, paid, and sat down. I was then rudely told that I couldn't eat in the restaurant because they had already closed that section of the restaurant and that I had to eat outside. So I moved, opened my bowl. The food wasn't even warm because the crew there only seemed to care about closing down and had turned off all of the warmers so they could clean up faster. I got a refund and left. I will not be returning to this location.

But I was so disappointed that there was no meat. Double checked the label on the bowl and carnitas was indeed in the order. Not cool 😫

You give me a half scoop of anything I asked for and still want to charge me double for chicken. The icing on the cake is I asked for salsa on the side for the bowl. The definitely charge me for it and the guy only wanted to fill it less than half full. I spoke up but the guy ignored me. He did not add more until his coworker reaffirmed my request. I understand chipotle is cutting back on their portions but come on from giving me half spoon portions, wanting to charge me double for half the regular portion of meat, to charging me for a side of half filled sauce.
