  This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’m actually baffled how you can mess up Chinese food this badly. This is a disgrace of a restaurant. This is the first time I’ve ever gone out of my way to leave a one star review, that’s how terrible this food is. It’s still edible, sure, but it’s expensive as hell, and not worth your money in the slightest.

  Came running over at 10:50 after being rudely turned away from another place which advertised as open till 11. This place was very accommodating and friendly. Cashier was incredibly nice, and happily took our order just before closing.

  Overall not a bad option for a "Casino" restaurant. It was the perfect spot to knock out my PENN Play Reward as well as have a decent, foreign IPA while I Pre-Game for the floor. The sweet an sour chicken combo was filling and tasty with an addition of pineapple that really sets it apart.

  The black girl cashier, unprofessional, she was acting weird when she was taking my order, she was talking shit, she wasn't happy, angry face, and the food here is trash, waste of money

  Food is average and unexceptional. Small portions and overpriced. Customer service is consistently unfriendly and when service is questioned they threaten to throw you out and call security. For a place that has homeless people sleeping outside on the benches and the outside of the casino covered in trash, there’s no reason to expect a quality evening of entertainment here.
