It was the perfect spot to knock out my PENN Play Reward as well as have a decent, foreign IPA while I Pre-Game for the floor. The sweet an sour chicken combo was filling and tasty with an addition of pineapple that really sets it apart.

Customer service is consistently unfriendly and when service is questioned they threaten to throw you out and call security. For a place that has homeless people sleeping outside on the benches and the outside of the casino covered in trash, there’s no reason to expect a quality evening of entertainment here.
