  Yesterday we celebrated my son’s 16th birthday. Our server, Izaac, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, accommodating & all around professional. That’s who we want every time

  1 star. Extremely confusing and frustrating experience at Topgolf tonight. We were downstairs earlier in the evening and had absolutely no issue being served food and alcohol. Our server downstairs was great and very friendly. Later, we went upstairs and ordered more drinks. One of my friends had an expired ID, so the server told her she couldn’t be served alcohol. We understood that and adjusted the order to only 5 shots instead of 6. After that, I tried ordering an alcoholic drink for myself, and the server told me I couldn’t because I “already had a drink.” The drink I had wasn’t even alcoholic, and when I explained that, she just walked away without saying anything. We ended up getting a different server who served the 5 shots with no issue and didn’t re-ID the rest of us. Then about 5 minutes later, we were suddenly asked to leave after we had already received our drinks. The whole situation felt disorganized and inconsistent. If there’s a policy, it should be enforced consistently throughout the establishment instead of one floor serving us with no issue and another treating us completely differently. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. They all also caused a huge scene when we were asked to leave. Including the first server we had, second server, two security guards, and assuming two managers? Just felt very unnecessary and honestly embarrassing.

  Went to Top Golf for Mother’s Day. Had a good time until it was time for payment. We paid our bill gave the server our card which they swiped. Afterwards it showed on our bank app however they were insisting they needed to run the card again. We did not feel comfortable letting them run our card twice. Jim the event manager on staff eventually came over to talk with us. He was one of the rudest people in customer service I have experienced. I own a mid sized service company if I ever had some one treat a customer the way he did they would be fired on the spot. Jim never once even wished my wife or sister in law a Happy Mother’s Day. I will be back but hopefully a better experience next time.

  This was our 1st time holding a group event at this location. The golfing, atmosphere and our server Issac was great. Our catered food was the issue, the meats were brought out cold and the heating tins weren’t lit when we were told we could eat. The appetizer that were purchased for our 5 bays weren’t brought out, I had to ask where the appetizers were and they brought them out an hour later. The food was the biggest disappointment we also had tickets left from our event but were told that were a couple dollars under the contracted amount.

  Paid $500 for 2 bays and we attended with 3 small children. They put us at a high top table when every couch bay around us was open. We were told we couldn’t be moved and lost 10 min off our reservation time waiting on 3 different managers to tell us no (with no comped time or even a gesture of a small amount off of our bill)- even though one bay with a couch next to us had no one in it until an hour after us. And top it off all 3 managers were very rude and the bathrooms were disgusting. Won’t be returning unless a lot of changes are made there!!
