Their dry aged bone in ribeye had more griddle than a flat iron steak. It was very tough, so was their prime rib, nothing pleasant about either of the steaks. In fact that roadhouse place has better flavored more tender steaks. My Wife and I was very disappointed, in fact she left 80% of her prime rib and I left 50% of my ribeye, I told the waiter it had a lot of gristle and he said oh is this it on side of plate ? I said yes and still stuck in my teeth, he replies we have toothpicks upfront lol. I expected more for a $75 mkt priced steak smh

Steak was ordered medium and was closer to medium well. It was also over seasoned. This is the 2nd time I was disappointed and there won’t be a 3rd time.

Think of the cost of Jeff Ruby's but the food was significantly lower quality. The service was mediocre at best. 3 of 4 salads showed up but waited 10 minutes late. The ribeye that cost $51 was not tender, Brussels were the best of the bunch but they weren't up to expectation. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. I just can't justify the cost for the quality of the food and the subpar service. I would not return. This was our anniversary dinner, so so disappointing!

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect because of the 3.8 Stars. My colleague and I went with very little expectation other than wanting to have a steak. My ribeye was perfectly medium rare with a nice Char on the outside coupled with the brussel sprouts and a wedge salad. It was a unbelievable meal. Our server Chelsea made everything better helping us with all of our questions and recommending a couple of our menu selections. My colleague had the New York strip perfectly cooked with a side of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Brussel sprouts hack, get a side of Honey to drizzle on top of your brussel sprouts as well as add to the butter for your rolls!
