    Has to be the slowest location in the Columbus market. Ordered 10 minutes ahead of time on the app only to wait 15+ minutes to get to the order speaker to ask for my order. Saw at least 6-7 cars leave because it was taking so long. Clearly understaffed yet they have an employee casually taking her time putting chairs up and cleaning tables in their locked dining room 2-3 hours prior to close. Make it make sense.

    Now, I am a diner at Taco Bell, every couple days I go to get some Taco Bell. This Taco Bell is just like any other Taco bell, Repeated building designs, atmosphere sucks, etc. This one did particularly better because of the helpful staff. Would give the staff 4 stars but they occasionally forget stuff. Overall, this place is really good to eat at if you just want a quick meal overall.

    All I wanted was Baja Blast freeze. Get in line at 8pm on a weeknight, only four cars in front of me. After ordering I proceed to wait a whopping 20 minutes and NOTHING comes out of the restaurant. Literally not one car gets serve. Two cars in front of me had less patience than I and left. I gave it another 5 minutes before leaving myself. This Taco Bell is notorious for being slow, but this was beyond why we’ve ever seen.

    Dirty and kind of a mess. Food was ok, but some of it was cold and they were out of all drinks my wife wanted. No Mt. Dew, mango tea, or anything else she would drink.

    said she’s not taking any orders at this time and apologized for the inconvenience, which ok idc. but then takes the next cars order right after me??😭😭😭
