Like why let me order my food if you’re gonna close early? Be frrl.
- MOmarie officialMay 10, 20261.0Have been going here for the past couple weeks and every time the place inside absolutely stinks, the food is almost always cold and the nacho fries taste like they have been sitting in the heater for hours when i just pulled it out of the bag, as well as our food is soggy after only about 2-3 minutes of leaving the drive thru. Honestly very disgusting.

Diablo dusted chicken nuggets sound awesome but they were not dusted with anything whatsoever. The sauces that come with it were missing as well. Soft taco supreme was the farthest thing from supreme. Very poor experience with this location lately.

But when I went to redeem it, the staff were rude and said it could only be used for a beef taco. We asked if it could be replaced with chicken, but the manager refused. I don’t understand the point of giving a compensation coupon if there’s no flexibility at all. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

When I asked for steak soft taco, the cashier said you mean REAL steak? 8 ordered 2 but wound up paying for and receiving 3. I decided not to fuss, since it was already taking about 45 min in the drive thru. Thank God I only get a craving once in a blue moon. I will have to remember it is worth the drive to go somewhere else.
