  Went through the drive thru which wasnt busy at all. Only ordered a few items and 2 drinks. Pull up to pay and was charged for the order we placed and received the correct drinks, but received the wrong food order which luckily we caught before pulling away. The gentleman working the window took back the order when we explained this and gave us another one and didnt even let us look to make sure before forcing us along to which we received the wrong order a second time! Looped around and got back in the drive thru (now busy) waited to try to get the order replaced AGAIN and now they cannot figure out the order. This is why you give receipts and dont just tape them to the bag!

  The lady was rude as hell it is 10:00am. There was no one in the parking lot. I ordered 2 things and she snapped at me saying she only making things for $10 or less. She was so rude and snapping saying she was the only one working. I would like my whole order next time this is ridiculous. That was including my drink I got one small taco and a drink like what. 4/27/26

  Very poor service experienced today @ sawmill Taco BELL .. went on Drive thru ordered 10pc chicken nuggets , cat chicken rolled quesadillas and a steak Guac fries.. the pack was taped we thought everything was there and after reaching home 10 pc nuggets missing .. drove all the way back from home again and checked at the counter.. but the guy who takes orders is so rude and said he was the one has prepared and put them in the bag ..I have asked nicely check your camera if you have put them / not he refused and later the other nice lady came back and apologized and gave the nuggets. Such a worst customer service I have ever experienced. Always check your order when you are doing the drive thru/ avoid this place .. I am never going to go this place again..

  Ordered through the app, waited for someone to come to the speaker and ask can I help you like I walked up to the wrong lunch table. What are you doing there if you aren’t working? I ordered a quesadilla and they forgot to put the cheese in. That’s the entire thing. This Taco Bell is consistently disappointing. Machines and equipment seem to frequently be on the fritz preventing them from making half the menu. It takes a long time for them to come to the speaker and even longer at the window waiting for food. And not one person is happy about being there.
